2+Crazytown =7

Hello Friends!  How was your weekend? Eh, weekends are never long enough. When Sunday comes, I sit back and try to place where every bit of those two days went. Yet, every Sunday answers the same. "You've gotten enough done, Michele. No more, no less." This has to be enough.

This was the weekend my middle child and I had been waiting for. We've wanted a dog for a really long time. The problem has been on my end. I have terrible allergies. Our long look has been heartbreaking and just plain hard on the boy. We've wanted someone to love; someone who would complete the dynamics at our house. Let's face it, the ol' "follow me home" blog was also running a bit dry...New material for sure!

We loaded the family into the car and took a visit to our county animal shelter. Ugh. You would be missing your soul if you go in there and NOT want to take them all home. They bark and put on their show from their kennels. It's like a talent show; the prize being a forever home. I loved so many of the dogs :(  The five of us narrowed down our choice. I think we all chose Henry right away. The kids were in love.

Our new puppy is a Chihuahua-mixed Jack Russel. We named him Henry and he's taken to the name quite well. In one day, he is already chasing balls and returning them. He will keep us very busy. He's cuddly, he's fast and he pees all over everything. Ack! For the most part, he's what the kids were looking for.

On the way out of the shelter, we passed Lila. Ugh. Lila is a beagle/bull dog mix. She is at least seven. She is getting grey and it is quite obvious that Lila was never asked to walk. This is the fattest, saddest little dog I've ever met. My daughter thinks she lived with an old, dying woman and they were sharing hard candies... I immediately wanted to bring her home. I could talk the kids into it, right?  The pound said that getting someone to take her would probably prove to be difficult. Two people had already cancelled on Lila.

We put the kids in a room with rambunctious Henry. Then, we let the elder, Lila into the mix. They did their smelling routine and started to share which kid they wanted to jump on. Mark and I sat outside the room, watching all three of our kids laughing and smiling at the two dogs who were strangers just moments ago.
"We have to take them both, Mark. They'll love the house and the yard. (1/2 acre)
"Are you sure?" He asked, knowing how much work was ahead for us.
"We'll be saving two little lives. I need that. The kids need that and of course the animals need that.
24 hours later, we adopted those cute animals, put them in our car and let the windows down. This is what freedom feels like! I could feel Lila in my arms breathe out deeply, relaxing and realizing (?) she was safe.

We drove to Petco. They saw our "new" dogs by the way the kids were twirling around the leashes and running to the "cute stuff." What the workers were probably MORE excited about, was the man and me. We were the couple dragging along and apparently wearing hats that said, "We're Tired AND We're SUCKERS! Sell us anything! We just want to go home."

New dogs, like new children, are not cheap.

***

Two Rules right off.

Dad: "The dogs are NOT to be on the furniture. Do not accept any of their poutiness. Be strong."
Me: "No matter what happens, I can not have any dogs in the sewing studio. I'm not kidding."

Dogs can't sleep where?

No spoiling?

Put your foot down, Mr. Man.

Henry resting on my cutting table... eh. I'm okay with it.

I believe my family is complete. For now.

What was your weekend like? How was the weather where you live? Pet owners- I will eventually get my life back, right?

Happy "Love-every-soul-who-is-locked-safely-in-your-house-tonight," friends :)

Secret Subject Swap #6

Hey friends! It's SSS time again. I can't believe how quickly the months are passing. I'm so glad to be past February and into March. The sun has been out the last few days. It's been wonderful. March in Utah came in like a lamb. It makes me wonder what's to come...

If you're a regular follower, you know that the Secret Subject Swap is a collaboration between various bloggers. We receive secret topics from other bloggers and put our own spin on the subjects. This time, there are 15 bloggers participating. If you would like to see their subjects, I will post their blogs at the end of this post. Go have a look and leave a comment. We all love that :)

My Secret Subject was given to me by the beautiful Meg at Just a Little Nutty. She is funny, creative and kind.  She also has an awesome FB page with funny antidotes, product reviews and recipes. Give her a follow or a "like".

Meg's topic for me was "There are three children sitting on a log by a stream. One jumps up pointing and shouts....."

Here we go:
Look Closely. 3 kids.

The three kids sitting on a log are mine. The youngest stood up and shouted, "I'm going to push her!" He wasn't being unkind; he was being impatient...and he was talking about me.

"Push her, I must!"

If I opened my eyes, I would be able to see my three children tapping their toes, arms crossed, and waiting for their turn. Instead, I kept my eyelids closed and let the blazing sun be the only light I could see. I could feel the heat from the day penetrate my skin; warming an already overheated body. It was the deepest part of summer; my favorite time.  I was balancing on a large tree branch; my feet curled tightly around its bark. My right hand was wrapped twice around a large, gnarly rope.

I'd done it a million times; let my weight carry the rope across the wide pond. I didn't need to look. I would grasp tightly, let my feet loosen their grip from the branch and hold onto the knot at the bottom of the rope. Right at the edge of the first swing, I'd let go and fall into the deep. The the cool water would envelope me. I'd exhale under the surface, come up for air and pull the rope back for the next person waiting for their turn.

This time though, I wanted to inhale the whole experience. The way the salt tasted on my upper lip. The feel of the soft breeze swirling around my body even while I was standing still. I wanted to hear the sounds of the leaves dancing on the branches. They would keep beat with the swishing of the other trees..  If I could hear past their song, I might catch the pond's ripples, softly breathing up and down along the edge of the tall grass. Absolute heaven. All with my eyes closed. Today, I would live in that very moment. I would breathe deeply knowing how the pond would feel on my first jump of the day. There would be more than one jump, of course, but there was nothing like the first; when your hair and skin haven't yet been hugged by the water..

"I'm going to push her!!" I heard again. I suddenly remembered that there were others waiting for this kind of moment. I began to smile knowing that there was a lifetime of these same experiences in store for the children. Still, I wished this day would last forever.

Transferring my weight from the safe branch onto the bottom of the weather-ridden knot, I finally opened my eyes to take it all in...

*
*
*

"DO NOT PUSH HER!" I heard my husband yell. "She's not even sitting down!"

Icy air came at me and stung my cheeks. The soft blue sky that I remembered was slashed with white snow.

Two of my three kids were waiting patiently. I looked at the rope still in my hands. The thick, grassy cord was tied to a sled. It wasn't summer at all...

My eldest jumped on behind me, pulling me down; the middle child jumped on after her.

For the last time, the youngest yells, "I'm going to push her!"
My husband nods. It's a completely different sight now that I've opened my eyes.

Listening to the laughter around me, I hold the rope tightly. I know that this will also be a day to memorize.

Take it all in. Remember to breathe. Try not to blink.

Here we go...

Random, Serious stuff.

Hey friends. It has been so long since I've last blogged. What I feel really guilty about is that I haven't been commenting on all of my friend's blogs. I love my connection to you. I'm going to work my butt off to catch up. Pinky swear.

I've written this post 20 different times and deleted it 20 times. I didn't know how to explain my absence with humor, but I also didn't want to seem too dramatic. I have lovely friends who have written heartfelt posts on their current situations. I just don't have the energy right now. If you know more than what I've written down, please know that what I've posted, I've discussed with my family. I haven't elaborated for the sake of what my children know. (age appropriately)

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what I've been up to since January 4th. For informational purposes only. In list form, for no reason at all.Yes, there are some things that I said I'd not speak about on this blog, but hey. It is MY blog. This is usually where I insert that I hope I'm not offending anyone with my post, but I'm going to take a pass on that this time...

Procrastination:
1. I wrote on FB last year that I would make something handmade for 5 people before 2012 ended. I really did think about it all year.  I was 25 days late. The good news is I heard from four of the five recipients. They really didn't seem to mind (meaning, they forgot about it too). I received some beautiful thank-you messages.

Little sewing kits with my apologies for being so late.

2. I decided I would not write on my personal FB page until I finished that job, so, um..yeah.
3. I purposely stayed away from my favorite blogs during much of this time because answering them all seemed overwhelming. Before you say that commenting on my friend's hard work isn't important, understand that it is important to me.

Physical Health:
1. I have an overlapping autoimmune disease.
2. In the past two years, many of the symptoms have gotten worse.
3. I'm always exhausted.
4. My doctor says I look sicker on paper than in real life. SCORE!
5. I hate that my kids see me feeling weak.
6. I had five biopsies done this month. (They all were benign!) Four of them did not get infected.
7. I am not dead.

Mental Health:
1. This is hard.
2. In 1999, I was diagnosed with PTSD and a major depressive disorder.
3. I do not know when any of my autoimmune symptoms started, but I know the exact day when my depression did.
4. I started to write about my past and hours later was mortified at what I could remember.
5. I let my husband read what I wrote.
6. I couldn't look him in the eye for 3 days.
7. Two of my very best friends and the man let me know that it was all okay.
8. I called my psychiatrist in an emergency over it all..... and she didn't show up for the appt.
9. It was for a good reason, but still!!!!
10. My mental health is 10 times more embarrassing to me than anything else.
11. I'm afraid some people will never understand. On the other hand, I'm glad those people don't have to understand.
12. I hate my children seeing me weak.
13. I am not dead.

Gratefulness:
1. I have two girlfriends who know almost everything about me. They listened to me tell my stories and let me cry my eyes out. No judging, only support and extreme kindness.
2. Our best friends let us come along to Nevada for a weekend to celebrate one of their 40th birthdays. I gambled too much (with pennies; I'm such a rebel,) I imbibed too much, (6% alcohol outside of Utah, y'all!) I talked TOO much and had the best time I've had in months.
3. I have a blog friend who emails with me and encourages me in ways I don't deserve. If we lived near one another, we would be all kinds of great friends..and trouble.
4. I have a cousin and another friend who play Words with friends with me. It's a small connection, but when you're too sad to talk, at least you can spell.
5. My kids and man. I told you I hate seeming weak in front of them, yet it happens. Each one of them has had a kind word. The eldest changed my bandages, The middle child hugs me and brings me gumdrops. The youngest reads me his stories and the man listens to me complain, holds me when I cry and dispenses my drugs like a master caretaker. All of them have taken their turns cuddling on my bed, talking about their worlds and watching TV.
6. It is because of all of these people and more that I'm still alive.

Misc.:
1. I dropped my Twitter account.
2. I sewed a bunch of stuff.
3. My daughter and I opened our windows and batted down icicles with Nerf swords. (Our neighbors love us.)
4. I reopened my Twitter. (Thanks, K.)
5. We bought our new dryer and it looks like an oven. (neither of us cook)
Dryer AND baked potato maker?

There it is. In a nutshell. I call my blog a crazy journey. Crazy because if I say it first, you won't have to. I've been doing a lot of constructive things as well, but I will blog about them later. This is enough golden information for anyone to take in all at once.

Happy "Livin La Vida Loca" friends.
I've missed you.

Feel free to comment and ask me anything. I'm happy to answer any questions. If you feel they're too personal, shoot me an e-mail. If you do comment, please leave your name. No "anonymous" people, please. If this post has scared you away, please know that THAT is okay, too. If you don't have anything to say but want me to know you're here, you can say that. Just like at school. Shellybean? Here! kind of. ;)

I am so honored...

Thanks so very much to Josie B. from GO MOMMA for passing on to me, the Liebster Award. I'm not going to say I was excited when I saw the accolade, but I'm debating printing the award off and hanging it next to my college degrees...

Okay. Not really. But I am so touched. Sure, ten other bloggers were given this recognition too, but I was one of 11 winners!

The man and I were on our last day of a beautiful vacation on Monday, when I found out about the award. I was checking in on my favorite bloggers and there it was...all written out. Josie (the gift-giver) couldn't notify me personally because she was, um....giving birth! Likely excuse, I know. I got an award and she got a beautiful baby girl. It's kind of the same, eh?

Anyway, writing this blog has been quite a journey for me. I have made and reconnected with many friends from both the blog and the real world. I'm still unfamiliar with so much of the "linking up/ guest blogging/award thingys", but I'm having a blast learning.

I started writing for my extended family and friends from Michigan. I wanted to be able to keep in touch and let them see how my world was spinning. I also was writing for my friends because everyone needs a laugh or six, and writing about my crazy life seemed to be the most logical thing to do to make them smile.

Since the blog's beginning, I've been able to introduce my little shellybean shop, share parenting mishaps, give out a few unhealthy recipes, show some pattern reviews and show off my inept attempts at home improvement. I hope that those of you who have followed (pun intended) along, have found something to smile about or laugh at. As always thank you for reading and especially for letting me know you've stopped by. Comments are like crack to me. I'm not kidding. Completely legal crack, of course.

The wonderful thing about the Liebster award (besides the fact that I get to twirl around on my kitchen floor yelling, "They like me! They really like me!") is that I get to pay it forward to more bloggers. That makes me extremely happy. (please video your winning twirl).

Okay. Here are the rules to the new Liebster winners:

1. Please give your most honest (or creative) answers to my eleven (Holy Hannah, 11?) questions.

2. Come up with 11 questions of your own. (Make them awesome, and if you get juicy answers, link back to me!)

3. Choose 11 of your favorite bloggers to pass the award onto. They must have FEWER than 200 followers. I love this part because you're finding and introducing new bloggers to the blogging universe and letting them know that they matter. How cool is that?

Here are my 11 answers to Josie B.'s thoughtful questions. Deep breath.....Try not to lie. Try not to lie.

1. Who are you writing for (besides yourself) when you blog?

To be honest, I think I started blogging because I was trying to validate that I belonged in the world. My whole family was back in Michigan, I had quit teaching to be a stay at home mom, and I just thought that I could find myself through writing. Like I mentioned earlier, it was also a means to let my family and friends (near and far) know that I was alive and kicking. Now, I enjoy chronicling the funny parts of my life. I try to make sure people know that I'm far from a perfect wife, mother or friend. I'm trying to get by. Just like everyone else, except that I need much more chocolate.

2. Which of your family members (if any) enjoy reading your blog?

The man usually reads everything I write because I go into edit-crazy mode before I post. Sometimes I think he wonders whether or not the world needs to know so much about our world, but he's as supportive as they come. Some of my family from Michigan reads regularly. My sister comments the most (she know how much that means). The man's sister checks my blog every day ( I love that about her). The man's family reads often, as well, but don't like to comment. It's okay though because they always say nice things to me about the blog later on...

3. How much information is TMI for you?

For me personally, there is no such thing as TMI. I grew up in a neighborhood of a million kids who taught me all kinds of things about the world. I also gave birth three times in front of a multitude of strangers and heard ten years of students talk about the goings on in their homes...Nothing shocks me. My blog, on the other hand, is much milder. I do have to consider that a lot of my readers know me as a Kindergarten teacher and not the girl "with a sketchy past." Every once in a while that girl pops up., but in small increments, as not to put any reader (or in-law) into the fetal position...

4. What's the worst "groan" joke you can think of?

Again, I was a kindergarten teacher and have two teenagers. I also have a husband who is ALL boy. If jokes have anything to do with bodily functions, I've heard them all. Let's see.

"Eeyore? Have you seen Tigger?"
Eeyore: No, but I just came back from the toilet and saw a little POOH...

How do you get a Kleenex to dance?
You put a little boogie in it. Bad-um-bum. I'm here all week.

5. What subjects are off limits on your blog and why?

I don't love to speak about my health. The occasional cold and flu is one thing, but anything else is a little weird for me; unless I'm able to help someone, then I guess I'm game.

Also off limits? All the reasons my sex life is better than anything you'd find in 50 Shades of Grey. (that was just to check if you were still with me)

6. Have you ever offended anyone with your blog and would you care if you did?

I've never offended anyone with my blog, but I did stir up quite a fodder when a mean girl from high school caught wind of it. Mind you, I have been graduated for 24 years. For a few days on FB, I was the girl whose life was all rainbows and glitter.  She tried to be mean about its positivity every chance she could.  It killed me for a while until I realized I was so far removed from her lifestyle, she probably couldn't relate. How can most people change and grow so vastly, yet others stay in the exact same place? When I understood that, I had to let it go.

7. What did you laugh about today?

The man and I were looking at a ridiculous site called "Uh-pinions". It's a place where people write reviews on products (like on Amazon) that are completely hilarious. Being that their parents have zero class, our children found us rolling on the floor trying to talk through laughs. Please. Check it out.

8. When is the last time you cried and why?

My aunt posted a picture of my Grandfather from the summer before he died. In the picture, he was in a swimming pool, sitting on a large, blow-up alligator. The look on his face was mid-laugh and it was everything wonderful I remembered about the man who helped raise me. The gratitude and sorrow I have at his memory are palpable. I bawled heaving cries knowing he would tell me not to get any tears on his good grass...I miss him with my soul. The cleansing cries since, still haven't erased how much I miss him.

9. What's the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?

Easy. When my daughter (about 7 years old), asked me if she was going to get "boobs" like me? I was in the bathtub at the time. When I answered yes, she cringed and asked, "Are they going to touch my stomach like yours do?" Oh, I love me some humility.

10. Who makes you laugh the most and why?

Hands down. My children. They are kind, caring kids. But I'm absolutely most proud of their humor. They are quick, sarcastic and get every ounce of that from me. Watching the Olympics the other day, our daughter got up from her chair and without looking, left the room saying "Congratulations on not raising any Olympic Champions. No gold for this house. Good on you, Mom." So. proud.

11. What's the funniest thing you've ever seen?

Too many funny things. That's what makes my world go round. While we were on our vacation though, my son thought this would be a cool note to leave with the hotel workers.

To any hotel workers, I apologize profusely.

Okay, friends. Here are my Liebster Award winners:

1.  Ann @ West of Zion
2.  Jackie's Sewing
3.  Kooky Quirky Cute
4.  Kerri @ Mummy and the Monsters
5.  Tara @ Therapy4Roses

8.  Johanna @ Handmade Dreams of Mine
9.  Tara Denny @ Nowhere to go but crazy
10. Behind the Smile
11. a pretty mess @ needles, eggshells and hair spray

Here are my eleven questions for you.

1. What was the title of your very first post and what was it about?

2. How did you come up with the name of your blog?

3. Do you have an underground blog or does everyone in your world know you write it?

4. Have you ever had to deal with negative comments?

5. What is your worst pet peeve?

6. Do you think it's important to respond to every comment?

7. Do you blog for money? If yes, has it been worth it?

8. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. One day. What would you eat?

9. Who was your favorite teacher in school and why?

10. At this moment in your life, are you content?

11. Do you see yourself blogging for the long haul?

That's it! Congrats, Liebster winners! I can't wait to read your answers.

For the rest of my friends.. will you answer #8 or #9 or #10 (or all) in the comments sections? I really would love to know more about you :)

Happy "Hey-we're-all-winners-here" day, friends!

Day 40 of Forty: Sunday Gratitude

You guys. Look at that title. I believe it says Day 40 of Forty. What? I can't believe I kept up with it! I can't believe you kept reading! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.

Why is it not Easter Eve? How are the forty days already over? They're technically not. Usually Sundays are "free days"where people can have some of the things they gave up, so they're not counted. Our family chooses to go straight through, even on Sundays, until Easter.

I can't regret that I blogged on Sundays though, because as I look back, I'm able to read about all of the things I was grateful for. Only a handful of things were blogged about, yes. But each one of them was heartfelt and true to me. I probably will still blog until Easter. That seems to be the right thing to do...

Anyway, Thank you, Thank you for following along on this silly journey of mine. I've said so many times before that my blog is here to enjoy. Here to share with you. Of course it's not a play by play of "real life". You would be bored to death or appalled if you saw the goings-on that occur in our everyday lives.  I've enjoyed beyond measure the opportunity to record my thoughts; even if it's only on a "crazy-momma"kind of blog.

I've loved your supportive, helpful, hilarious and loving comments. I thank each one of you who took the time to let me know my words were read and deserved some sort of reaction. Most of all, I'm so very grateful you came along for the ride :)

Here are my grateful five for this week:

1. Youtube. Man o man, who knew I'd be spending my days with the men of "This Old House"? I'm thankful for all of the videos I was able to watch on everything from putting a wax ring on a toilet to making doors hang straight to shimming a floor for a pedestal sink. Who knew? Not me! But I now know how to do a few more things..I also learned that it is completely okay at times to call a plumber :)

2. That "theatre-like" room. Our family was able to sit down there and watch "The Muppet Movie" together. We were able to microwave popcorn, eat some of our treats and sit in the dark together, watching a $1 Redbox movie. It's moments like that, that bring tears to my eyes. I was either really happy to have my family in one place or I was crying because I knew all of the words to the Muppets theme Song. Who can tell?

3. My sister. Yeah, that's probably an easy one, but I had a full-blown break down on Thursday. The kind where someone hurts you so badly, you not only want to, but need to cry. You want to hide in a corner like you did when you were little, when you thought you could become invisible. My sister was the only person I could talk to about my situation that afternoon. I texted her to ask if she could talk and when I heard the home phone ring and finally heard her voice, I ran up to my room, sat in my closet and cried like a five year old. She had me calmed down in five minutes. The thing is, if I talked to anyone else, I would have had to explain back story and a million other things. For a half hour, she was there; understanding every slurred word I could muster. At the end of that thirty minutes, I was completely better. Not one ounce of me was upset anymore. I couldn't be more appreciative of her words and her love when I need them most.

4. Fresh-Mex Salad and an iPhone. During my afore-mentioned breakdown, the man had brought home dinner. I love when it's his night to "cook" because it's always something that a take-out place creates. Believe me when I say that I am as grateful as if he had slaved over a stove; I really am... From texting my sister in the first place, I had my phone with me in the closet. It started to buzz. Through my tears I looked at the phone and there was a text from the man. It said, "When you are ready, there is a salad outside your bedroom door." Maybe that's why I was feeling better. Maybe I should be thanking the man. Again. If you have read enough of this blog, you already understand why he is my best friend. The fact that I'm thankful for him has to be a blanketed- given from now on.

5. FB friends and a hairdresser. I changed my profile pic this week to one that my girlfriend took of me on Tuesday night. I have had more cute comments and "likes"on that pic than any other I've ever posted. I know that it wasn't because all my grey was finally covered. I know it wasn't because I was in the beautiful lighting of a Denney's. I think that what people might have seen instead, was a silly "hair-shot", taken by my very good hairdressing-friend at 11:00 pm, over hot fudge sundaes and cheesy fries. Let me say that again. Over Hot Fudge Sundaes and Cheesy Fries! Can I get an Amen? I never enjoy getting my picture taken. I never feel like I can genuinely smile if I'm "posing". But I posted that photo because it makes me remember the super-fun night I had with an understanding, extremely funny, equal opportunity chocolate-loving friend. That alone makes me smile. For real.

Happy full-of-Grace Sunday, friends

Day 35 of Forty: Guess who won some bling?

Hello friends. Thank you for heeding the call and making your way over to Nickie's site. If you didn't make it in time for the contest, still try and check out her jewelry site. She's been working hard all day setting that baby up. If you need help finding it, I've set up a link over on the right side of my page under my Facebook widget. Or you can message me for any information.

I've got an exciting date tonight with a pair of scissors, a ton of color, foil and a girlfriend who is beyond good at getting rid of all my grey. Her job seems to get harder every time we meet.

Anyway, I'm posting this part of the blog, and then having some poor soul from my family insert the winner of today's drawing...

The winner of a zippy and a piece of bling is....

First, Be jealous of the "bling" covering all that grey..

My awesome hairdresser/magician/friend trying to draw her own name...

Hil! Woo Hoo for you!

Ha-Ha! Congratulations to Hilarie M!! Comment at the end of this post and leave me your email address so we can get down to the prizes.

Again, Thanks to EVERYONE for supporting my forever-friend, Nickie. My blog friends (new and old) seriously rock.

Happy Tuesday, friends!

Day 17 of Forty- Tell me about it, Stud.

I was reading the fun comments left on yesterday's blog. Friends teased about the candy stash and hauling TVs up and down the stairs. I'm sure I've mentioned a few times about how much I enjoy reading your comments. They always make me smile and feel connected. It's my favorite part of this whole blog experience.

My sis and forever friend teased about coming over to my house to watch "Grease".  We must have watched that movie 100 times. Memorized every song and sang them at the top of our lungs. If I were to flip through the channels and find that film today, I'd probably drop a few things just to watch it again.

Yeah, I love a good movie. Adding friends AND candy? Well, as my daughter would say,  "THAT would be the Bee's Knees!".  (She's saucy like that...)

It got me thinking about what other movies I'd like to see for the millionth time. Do you have favorite films like that? The ones you could see over and over again because you love them so much?

Leave me a comment and let me know which one(s) you never get tired of seeing. I know it's hard to expect you to read this blog on a Friday or Saturday...but you knew I'd be here! If you comment before my next blog goes up tomorrow, there may be a little somethin'-somethin' coming your way. Who could pass that up?

Favorite movies you'd watch on a loop, friends. Start dishing.

My Picks: (Besides "Grease")

1. Pretty Woman
2. 16 candles/ Breakfast Club/St. Elmo's Fire/Pretty in Pink  (any Brat-pack film)
3. Field of Dreams
4. Anchorman
5. When Harry Met Sally
6. The Princess Bride

Happy Friday, friends :)
