January Funny Friday
Today’s post is this month’s Funny Friday, a regular feature published on the last Friday of every month. Funny Friday is a collaborative project. Each month one of the participants submits a picture, then we all write 5 captions or thoughts inspired by that month’s picture. Links to the other bloggers’ posts are below, click on them and see what they’ve come up with. I hope we bring a smile to your face as you start your weekend.
Here’s today’s picture. It was submitted by our host, Karen@ Baking In A Tornado

"Five more minutes" - any idea how many times I say this..?
ReplyDeleteI am interested in hearing more about that party ;-)
Tamara, I can't tell you how many times I've said "Five more minutes." Not as many times as I've heard it from my children, I'm sure :)
DeleteI'm betting it was a Bounce-house party. <3
Hilarious!!!!! I think I would have to pick #2 as my favorite!!! TOO FUNNY!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stacy. When it get's cold and grey outside, I want to hide in a couch, too!

Ha!
ReplyDeleteYeah, my Dave never caught on to that game either.
Thanks for my Friday laugh, ff.
Bahaha. I know, Nick Nack. Mark never did, either ;)
DeleteThanks for keeping a smile on this face. <3
Laughed at every single one, but I especially love the Punxsutawney Dave!
ReplyDeleteHey, that boy has the right idea. Hide, keep warm, and sleep 'til Spring. :)
DeleteLOVED #2!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sarah <3
DeleteHahaha, I wish I could do #2!
ReplyDeleteMe too, Eileen! Bring on the warmer weather :)
DeleteMonday is Groundhog day so #2 seems very timely, but my favorite is #5 probably because we hear it around here so much. Teenagers are so good at improvising - no blankets? Just use a bunch of pillows instead. Thanks for the laugh! Love, M
ReplyDeleteHow is it so easy for boys to "cop a squat" and sleep anywhere? C. would sleep on the kitchen island if chips were near...

I always take pictures when my kids fall asleep in strange places. I have quite the collection. It's going to get even more interesting now that Bigfoot is officially a teen!
ReplyDeleteIf I scrapbooked, it would be full of pictures like this :) Teens. Good times.
DeleteThese are awesome! My favorite is "Dave never seemed to win at Hide n Seek" Brilliant.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Angela. Hide and Seek can be hard. LOL
Delete:)
#1 and #4 for the win. Hilarious.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lydia. #1 was my favorite, too :)
DeleteLove your "Funny Firday". It is so amazing. I will laugh for a long time every time I see your "Funny Firday". "Five more minutes" is also what I always say to my mom. Forget to say, I am a girl, maybe a lazy girl.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Purmse. "Five more minutes!" gets said a lot around my house!
